The Bracara Augusta Foundation (FBA) is a legal person governed by private law, non-profit, of public utility, instructed by public deed on March 18th, 1996. It´s founders include, the city of Braga, the University of Minho, the Portuguese Catholic University and the Metropolitan and Primacial Chapter of Braga.

Today, it`s the consortium of institutions whose main mission is, for the next years, the consolidation and definition of their own agenda, in the establishment of bridges and of interactions with all of the organizations and agents that have the cultural patrimony of Braga as domain of it`s activitie and goal. The City, the University of Minho, the Portuguese Catholic University and the Chapter of the Sé of Braga, constitute, this way, the primal force of a consortium that has, as it´s goal, the cultural cooperation and the development of projects and actions related to the investigation, conservation and promotion of the patrimonial and monumental wealth of Braga.

Via Domitia – Collectif Occitanie is an organization dedicated to preserving, researching, and promoting the historic Roman road. Its goal is to establish an itinerary stretching from the Rhône to the Pyrenees along the Via Domitia.

The Collectif operates across several key areas:

• Raising awareness of the value of promoting the route across multiple sectors: heritage, culture, tourism, and leisure activities.
• Engaging scientists and experts to bring new historical and archaeological insights to the route.
• Supporting local authorities by providing assessments to identify and address critical areas of concern along the path.
• Launching cultural and sporting initiatives and events in collaboration with local stakeholders.

The University of Toulon is a dynamic and multidisciplinary public university with around 11,000 students, located on the French Riviera between Nice and Marseille. It offers around 100 degree programmes across a wide range of disciplines.
